Choose either a partial refund or store credit. Your preference can change after inspection.
We inspect and value each racket separately. We’ll contact you if any offer changes.
Terms and conditions
You pay for your new order in full. Adding this request records your racket details and preferred payment with the order; the displayed amounts are provisional until we check the racket and you accept our final offer.
You must own each racket or have permission to sell it. Give its correct model and condition and disclose any damage or repairs. Contact us before sending a model that is not listed.
We confirm suitable return packaging and provide a prepaid return label. We aim to include it with your new racket; if we need photos or further details, we will contact you. Pack each racket securely and keep proof of postage. Do not buy separate postage without checking with us.
After inspection we confirm the value. You can choose the agreed payment or store credit with a 10% bonus. If a partial refund to your original payment method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative payment route. We do not pay both options for the same racket.
If an offer changes or we cannot buy the racket, we will explain and agree the next step with you. We will not refurbish, resell, donate or dispose of your racket without your agreement. Donation to schools is optional and needs separate consent.
You can change your preference before settlement. Your rights for your new purchase remain unaffected. For questions, including return arrangements, use our customer chat. We use your order and racket details to administer the request under our privacy policy.
Request terms: 11 September 2026. Review an unsent quote again after 24 hours. Your order records the amounts you submitted.

Your old racket could be someone’s first.
A first rally can become a lifelong hobby. Through RE:Racket, we want to help schools give more young people the chance to discover badminton, build confidence and enjoy playing together.
Passing on a racket you no longer use helps keep good equipment in play and supports the next generation of badminton players.
From your racket to their first rally
- 1
Tell us about your racket
Share its brand, model, condition and a few photos in chat. It doesn’t need to qualify for a paid trade-in. We’ll confirm suitability and how to send it.
- 2
We check and prepare it
We inspect the racket, then refurbish or restring it as needed. Only rackets we can make safe and suitable will be passed on.
- 3
A school gets another way to play
Suitable rackets are gifted to schools for lessons, clubs and first games, helping more young people pick up a racket and enjoy the sport.
Donation is your choice, with no refund or store credit. We’ll confirm your agreement and return arrangements in chat before you send anything.
